Uruk PPM Platform, Development Schedule

Here are the expected milestones:

• Close Investment Round 2 by the end of 2019.
• Market release of the minimal viable product; by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
• The MVP would include the Platform, and the Tailored Methods for Small-Simple Projects for the three primary types (facilities, technology, and general business projects).
• The next target is the tailored methods for the same types but medium to large projects; June 2020.
• Collect customers’ feedbacks and analyze them,leading to enhancements; September 2020.
• Start adding other types and subtypes of projects based on market analysis and clients' needs. We anticipate one type or subtype per month.
• In parallel, we will be working on specialized modules, such as change management, risk management, quality management, among others.

The above sequence and target dates are tentative and would be updated and adjusted based on the emerging market factors. What would affect the development schedule is acquiring early adopters since we will tailor to their industry and types of projects.
