Directions to reach SUKAD FZ-LLC Office

 

SUKAD is located in Dubai Knowledge Village, Block 4, Office F14, telephone 04 367 1976. Dubai Knowledge Village is within the same general area as Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. The figure shows a general area layout along Sheikh Zayed Road.

 

How to get to SUKAD?

From Dubai (toward Abu Dhabi) - 1

Driving toward Abu Dhabi on Sheikh Zayed Road,

1.   Shortly after Mall of Emirates, take Exit 36; sign posted “The Palm, Al Sufouh, Knowledge Village”.
2. Once you exit, stay on the right; you will pass a school
3.   After the school, the road curve 90^o to the right – follow the road (curve) until it merge with a wide road
4.   Once you are on the main road take extreme left and drive up to the first traffic light
5.   At the traffic light signal turn left and go straight for a few hundred meter; stay on the right side of the road
6.   After a few hundred meters you will reach a roundabout (a lot of construction cones and barriers) go right (the road curve). Here you will see facing you (toward the left) Zayed University.
7. Pass Zayed University, pass Holiday Inn Express (right behind it) then the first building that comes up on your left is Knowledge Village block 3, see figure 2.
8.   Park your vehicle opposite to Block 3 at any of the available parking slots or in the parking to the right.
9. To get to SUKAD Office you have to walk into Block 3, go through the lobby, exit on the other end, and walk into Block 4; SUKAD is on the first floor (to the right).

 

From Dubai (toward Abu Dhabi) - 2

1. If you miss exit 36, please take exit 35 on Sheikh Zayed Road. This road runs parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road, stay on the right.
   
2. Take the second exit to Knowledge Village immediately after the Eppco Fuel Station. The road go into a tunnel with sharp curve to the right
   
3. Follow the road and once out of the tunnel you will reach a roundabout, turn left (you can see knowledge village on the left)
   
4. Follow the road into the middle of DKV to the next roundabout. Turn right
   
5. Once you turn, DKV buildings will be on the right and you will pass Block 1 (Conference Centre), Block 2A, Block 2B, and Block 3.
   
6. Once you pass Block 3 there is a “dirt” parking area. Park your vehicle
   
7. To get to SUKAD Office you have to walk into Block 3, go through the lobby, exit on the other end, and walk into Block 4; SUKAD is on the first floor (to the right).

 

From Abu Dhabi

Driving toward Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road:

1.  Pass Jumeirah Lake Towers (many towers on the right of the road
2.  Pass American University in Dubai (Refer to the first figure above)
3.  Take exit 36 (Barsha, DKV, Palm exit) --- before Mall of the Emirates.
4.  Once you exit, take the middle road into the tunnel on the right
5.  Follow the road and once out of the tunnel you will reach a roundabout, turn left (you can see knowledge village on the left)
6.  Follow the road into the middle of DKV to the next roundabout. Turn right
7.  Once you turn, DKV buildings will be on the right and you will pass Block 1 (Conference Centre), Block 2A, Block 2B, and Block 3.
8.  Once you pass Block 3 there is a “dirt” parking area. Park your vehicle
