SUKAD launches portal to enhance project management learning

Knowledge is central to our lives as individuals, but even more so to our work environments. In today's global economy, the discipline of Knowledge Management has rapidly become a foundation for the survival and growth of organizations worldwide.
However knowledge without action is theory without benefits, especially in an applied field like project management. Therefore, for knowledge to have value we need to transform theory and concepts into action - action for the well-being of society.
At Sukad, being a leading Integrated Project Management Solutions provider, we believe we have built up substantial and relevant expertise that we want to share. Moreover, in line with our Vision and Mission, we also aspire to be an active leader in our communities and support an environment of open knowledge exchange.
Therefore, in the spirit of openness and knowledge for all, through this platform, and under Creative Common guidelines, we will make available to the public as much information and resources as possible. We will post articles, published resources, case studies, sample projects, and also host our blogs.
Mr. Mounir Ajam, Sukad co-founder and CEO explains: "The Portal will address various leadership and management topics with a special focus on project management". Mr. Luc Bauwmans, SUKAD vice president adds: "through the portal we will include case studies, white papers, presentations, sample projects, and videos."
"Although the portal is managed by Sukad, we welcome the contribution from anyone who has valuable information to share and is willing to contribute it into the public domain," adds Mr. Ajam.
At this time, the Project Management Knowledge Portal is in English only but we plan to have an Arabic version within 3 months.
