The day will tackle presentations at the heart of training and development, especially in the project management environment. Therefore managers, senior managers, and those in training and development that are looking for a well defined program and those interested in professional project management and certifications for their organizations it is a must attend for them.
DESCRIPTION
The afternoon entails two main topics: presentation on project management career path approach and the results of a recent study/survey that was conducted in the region and dealing with popular PM certifications; with a focus on certification training and preparation. This study has just been completed and the presentation is a MUST to all of those interested in PM certifications and managers who would like to see their Team certified along with HR / Training & Development managers . The discussion of the certification study will be lead by SUKAD team members Mr. Alexander Matthey and Ms. Nada Chaban. Both Alexander and Nada are well known to our clients and friends.

This important professional community event is a part of our effort to continue travelling the Journey to Excellence and in the pursuit of knowledge economy. Dubai Knowledge Village and SUKAD have partnered on similar events in the past and this would be the first collaboration among Dubai Knowledge Village, SUKAD and eTQM College.

Ms. Chaban is an honors graduate and holds a Master degree in Project Management from Université du Quebec en Outaouais and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Damascus University. Ms. Chaban has eight years Marketing and Sales Manager experience. Prior to SUKAD™ , Ms. Chaban had provided professional services in various global locations; such as Canada, and the Middle East. She has developed innovative and cost effective strategy, consumer communication strategies and provided training and development opportunities to improve employee's' skills.
Mr. Ajam is a senior professional with more than 20 years of professional experience in the Engineering, Construction, and Process Industries (oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities) and most of his experience has been on the management of projects. His experience is Global obtained in the United States, United Kingdom, South East Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Ajam is the senior partner and co-founder of SUKAD™ FZ-LLC (SUKAD™ ), a professional consultancy and training service provider that is based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates but operating across the Middle East. Mr. Ajam is currently serving as SUKAD™ Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Ajam has held numerous volunteer leadership roles. These include: serving on the 2008 PMI® EMEA Congress Project Action Team (CoPAT), International Correspondent for PMForum and PMWorldToday (two leading web portals dedicated to promoting Project Management). Mr. Ajam also a co-founder and the first chairman of the Board for the recently established Global Project and Process Management Association (GPPMA), which is based in Dubai, U.A.E. He has been a Project Management Professional (PMP®) for more than 10 years. He is a graduate from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) prestigious Leadership Institute Masters Class.
