DESCRIPTION

Projects of all size, type and complexity require a Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects (CAM2P™) to ensure their success; this is the SUKAD Model. SUKAD had developed this model to reflect a holistic view of projects. The model emphasis that project management must follow a disciplined approach (stage gates) while maintaining the necessary flexibility that is necessary since not all projects are the same; one-size does NOT fit all!

This course provides a comprehensive coverage of a project from idea to closure and to enhance the learning we emphasis and require the involvement of the participants in interactive activities based on dialogues, discussions and project exercises. Each team in the workshop will follow the same project, where possible. We would prefer that the projects will be from the participants own work or at least environment.

This course emphasis topics that are specific to engineering and construction.
