Course Objectives

Describe the purpose and major content of all roles, the seven principles, the seven themes and the seven processes in PRINCE2™.
State which management products are input to, and output from the seven processes.
State the main purpose, and key contents, of the major management products.
State the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project.

DESCRIPTION

This 3-day intensive course prepares candidates for the PRINCE2™ Foundation exam and administers the 75 question, 1-hour exam at the end.

Purpose of the PRINCE2™ Foundation qualification

The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2™ method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2™.
The Foundation qualification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner qualification.
