Course Objectives

DESCRIPTION

This is a 6-days workshop that combines the project management concepts with how to apply them.During this workshop, we will provide the participants with an overview of the key deliverables, concepts, and steps in project management in accordance with the Project Management Institute Framework.

Further, we will use a project as a case study / extended exercises to help the participants visualize how to APPLY the Project Management Framework to their projects. The case study could be a project that we bring or it could be a real project that the participants will bring to the workshop. Please note that this course is based on the PMBOK® Guide.
