DESCRIPTION
This course is part of the core learning for the SUKAD™ Master Certificate in Project Management program (Construction option), and is based on the SUKAD™ Model for Managing Projects. The course covers the Delivering stages of a project; basically from the idea to the project management plan. The course covers these two stages including key deliverables such as the Project Authorization and Basic Requirements Documents in addition to idea and PM Plan. The course also include discussions of the stage gates required during these stages.
Course could also be taken independent of the Master Certificate.
Participants taking the course as part of the Master Certificate are required to carry out assignments after completion of the course but before the next Master Certificate Class, under the supervision of a SUKAD™ Advisor. That part of the program is covered under Part 4 of the Master Certificate.

The course covers the activities of a construction project management team during the delivery stage(s) of the project such as:
