For many years, SUKAD has had an active and extensive research and development program that is unique in West Asia and pioneering in nature, even on a global basis. We research, review, and assess the numerous standards and project management literature from around the world and extract what we believe is most valuable to blend and combine into practical application.

Our principal consultants are thought leaders in project management and are highly capable to supplement the global research with our own development work building on decades of global and real projects’ experiences.

Quite a few products, SUKAD put in the public domain on an open basis under the Creative Common guidelines; which means free information that people can use without our permission as long as they credit us as the source of the materials. This open to the public materials include videos, presentations, white papers, case studies, articles, and figures and diagrams.

On the other hand, SUKAD has numerous valuable products that are proprietary in nature and are part of our strategic advantage that we cannot put it totally in the open public domain. • Licensee Network

 

Reseller Network

The Reseller Network has existed semi-formally in SUKAD for a few years. This network is for collaboration opportunities between SUKAD and other organizations, such as training providers, consultancies, among others. In these cases, the second party and SUKAD enter into an agreement where the second party sells SUKAD services and products either for a percent of revenue or under a profit sharing program. SUKAD personnel will deliver the sold services directly.
 
Licensee Network

The Licensee Network is a new service that SUKAD is offering. This network is for collaboration opportunities between SUKAD and other organizations, such as training providers, consultancies, among others. In these cases, the second party and SUKAD enter into an agreement where SUKAD will train and certify the second party consultants to deliver some of the SUKAD services (licensed products and services). The second party can also sell other SUKAD services and products (not licensed) where SUKAD personnel will deliver these, typically advanced, services directly.
