Master Certificate in Project Management
Certificate Structure & Requirements
The MCiPM consists of multiple short courses, or modules, but they are part of a cohesive program with inter-related courses. The modules, are 2-day each, and nicely integrate three of the elements of project management maturity and these are:
- Methods, in line with The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects™ (CAM2P™)
- Processes and Functions: per the PMI® Framework
- Competence, per the IPMA® Competence Baseline (ICB)
We advise that a candidate takes these eight modules in sequence.
In parallel to the eight modules, and outside the classroom, we expect the participants to work on projects to immediately apply what they learn on real or realistic projects. The projects could be from their own work, ideal for teams, or SUKAD could provide; or we chose for not-for-profit organizations.
A candidate who completes the eight classroom modules and the applied learning module (project) earns the Master Certificate in Project Management.
