Master Certificate in Organizational Project Management
Certificate Structure & Requirements
The MCiOPM consists of multiple short courses, or modules, but they are part of a cohesive program although the courses are semi-independent of each other. The modules are 2 and 3-day each.
We advise that a candidate takes these six modules in sequence; however, for the MCiOPM the sequence is a preference and not mandatory.
In parallel to the modules, and outside the classroom, the participants can work on implementing the learning of each of the modules for their organizations. For those individuals who are taking this program independent of an organization, we can team them up to work on initiatives for not-for-profit organizations.
A candidate who completes the six modules and the applied learning module (project) earns the Master Certificate in Organizational Project Management.
