Alfonso Bucero

Alfonso Bucero, MSc, PMP, PMI Fellow, is now an independent project management consultant and speaker. He is founder, partner and director of BUCERO PM Consulting in Spain. Bucero has a M.S. in computer science engineering, and he is a frequent contributor to international project management conferences and workshops.
