Introduction

SUKAD endeavors to advance the emerging profession of Project Management. SUKAD is also a catalyst of change that enables organizations to enhance their performance through the use of proper strategic Project Management practices. This is critical to our organization, so we put it as an integral part of our mission.

SUKAD recognizes that one of the challenges in enhancing performance is the over-dependence in some instances on the “common practice of certification”, which is proven that it is not proactive enough to enable an effective change in organizational performance.

Our responsibility towards the profession and our customers led SUKAD to launch a research and development effort, which would simplify and redefine the ‘forgotten’ basics of Project Management. This effort is a multi-aspect program that spans a few years and focuses on The SUKAD™ Way for Managing Projects.

It is worth noting that although “The SUKAD Way” research and development program has been our main focus, we did not limit our R&D to this topic. During the last two years we have launched new programs and initiatives, and we continue to do so. Each of the major initiatives would be highlighted separately.
