The SUKAD™ Way!
Development Timeline & Stages

2008
The SUKAD™ Way for Managing Projects research and development program started in the fourth quarter of 2008 with the development of The SUKAD Model, a methodology for managing projects which we officially call The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects™ or CAM2P™ for short; pronounced ‘camp’.

From the model, SUKAD developed and introduced a short course, a highly interactive workshop, where the participants would bring their real life projects to work on using the methodology. The course design is for a target audience with no project management experience or education. The course title is Introduction to Project Management.

2009
Following the success of the Introduction to Project Management course, there was a need for a more extensive course targeting those who are either certified in Project Management, have experience, or need to manage projects. Thus, we launched Project Management – Applied Methodology.

During the summer of the same year we started to write a couple of books on the subject.  In the fourth quarter, we also launched a Master Certificate in Project Management following the SUKAD Model and in collaboration with SKEMA Business School, a globally top ranked management school with a Project Management program accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the Association for Project Management (APM®).

2010
In February we published our first book on the model, written as a basic introduction to Project Management and the methodology. The book is written as a story to make it an enjoyable and fun learning experience. "The Inheritance" is a heartwarming book that includes more than Project Management and has been well received by experts and thought leaders along with beginners.

In 2010 we also awarded the Master Certificate in Project Management for the first group that completed the full program.
Our second book, Redefining the Basics of Project Management, is finished and will be published in 2011.
