Corporate Sales Position (2)
As part of SUKAD™ continuous growth and advancement toward a regional leadership position, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result oriented individual to join our team.
The career opportunity is for sales “the SUKAD™ way”; basically introduce SUKAD™ services, consultancy, training, and education, to corporate clients and to help us position ourselves as “the source” for innovative and pioneering project management. Although the focus is on corporate clients, the successful candidates will likely need to support other sales calls from clients for public classes and other services.
The preferred candidates must:
- Be able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic (read, speak, write)
- Have an excellent attitude for service and able to pay great attention to client requirements
- Be an Effective Listener … basically understand client’s requirements in order to suggest best solution and not maximum profit
- Be a team player
- Be willing to travel to clients locations in the UAE as part of the normal day to day work
- Be willing to travel to regional countries when required – full compensation for travel expenses
The nice to have but not required (major plus):
- Candidates to have experience in professional services and training industries or able to learn quickly
- Candidate to have experience or familiarity with project management
- Candidate is already in the UAE or willing to relocate at own cost
The salary package would consist of base salary and benefits, plus incentives/bonus linked to percent of revenues. Probation period will be applied per the UAE Law.
There are growth opportunities and plenty of learning. Successful candidates would be entitled to attend some of the SUKAD™ training classes; even the Master Certificate in Project Management after proven service record.
Secretary/Admin Support
As part of SUKAD™ continuous growth and advancement toward a regional leadership position, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result oriented individual to join our team.
The career opportunity is for Secretary/Admin Support with the possibility of growth into other roles.
The preferred candidates must:
- Be able to communicate in English and Arabic (read, speak, write)
- Have an excellent attitude for service
- Be a team player – support various team members.
- Be willing to support our work, which includes ordering food and supporting our class participants when there is a class at our offices.

- Candidate have experience or familiarity with professional services and/or project management
- Candidate is already in the UAE or willing to relocate at own cost
CEO Personal Assistant - The following are some of the duties expected divided into three areas:
CEO Personal Assistant
- CEO agenda and schedule
- Receive and make calls on behalf of the CEO
- CEO travel schedule
- Personal web site monitoring and updates
- Maintain CEO contacts lists
- Typing reports and other notes
- Organizing papers and notes from clients meetings
- Attend some clients meetings with CEO
Office & Team Management
- Assist the CEO in the office and team management activities such as:
- Follow up with team members on their reports
- Maintain and update filing structure
- Daily liaison with team members
- Manage support staff
- Maintain office appearance appropriate for our team and guests
- Coordination of outsourced services
- Attend team meetings
Special Projects
- Coordination of book publishing
- Screen candidates for potential positions
- Point of Contact for PR Agency
- Point of Contact for Marketing Services
